Processing Time

All coffee orders are roasted fresh to order. This ensures that every bag you receive is at its peak flavor and quality.

  • Coffee orders typically require 3–4 business days for processing before shipment.
  • If an item requires roasting or is temporarily out of stock, processing time may be longer.
  • Equipment and accessories depend on supplier availability and may ship separately or on a different timeline.

Pre-Orders and Sales Events

  • If an item is on pre-order, an extended waiting period will be announced at the time of purchase.
  • During limited-time sales or promotional events (for example, a Black Friday week), orders will begin shipping after the sale period has ended. This ensures that all sale orders are processed accurately and that fresh coffee is roasted and prepared before dispatch.

Shipping and Delivery

Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

  • Delivery times depend on your location and the selected shipping method at checkout.
  • Turath Coffee & Tea is not responsible for delays, damages, or losses caused by the shipping courier once your order has been handed over for delivery.
  • Any issues related to transit should be addressed directly with the courier service using the tracking information provided.

Shipping Rates

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and order weight. Any promotional offers for free or discounted shipping will be clearly stated at the time of purchase.


Incorrect or Undeliverable Addresses

Please ensure all shipping details are accurate at checkout. Turath Coffee & Tea is not responsible for delays or lost shipments due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.


International Orders

International shipping availability and rates will be shown at checkout where applicable. Please note that any customs duties, taxes, or import fees are the responsibility of the recipient.
