Refund policy
At Turath, we stand behind the quality of our products and want you to enjoy every cup. Please read our policy carefully before making a purchase.
Non-Refundable Items
- All ground coffee orders (Espresso, French Press, AeroPress, Pour Over, Filter) are final sale and non-refundable.
- This is because each bag is custom ground to order and cannot be resold once opened.
- Whole bean coffee may be eligible for return if unopened and sealed.
- Disposable accessories such as filters are also final sale and cannot be returned once opened.
Refunds & Returns
- If you are unsatisfied with your order, please contact us at sales@turath.ca. We accept return requests for eligible coffee products within 7 days of delivery, and for eligible equipment within 14 days of delivery.
- Eligible refunds will be processed once the product is returned in its original, unopened condition.
- We do not charge any restocking fees for returned items.
- Eligible refunds will be processed within 5 to 7 business days of receiving and inspecting the returned product. Please note it may take an additional few business days for your bank or credit card company to post the funds to your original payment method.
Equipment & Accessories
- Equipment such as the AeroPress, HARIO grinders, drippers, and other brewing tools may be eligible for return within 14 days of delivery if unused, in its original packaging, and with all components included.
- Used or opened equipment cannot be returned for health and safety reasons.
Paper filters and other single-use accessories are final sale once opened. - Refunds for eligible items will be issued once the product is received and inspected.
Warranty
- All equipment sold through Turath is covered by the manufacturer’s warranty.
This warranty protects against defects in materials or workmanship but does not cover wear and tear, misuse, or accidental damage. - If you believe your equipment is defective, contact sales@turath.ca for assistance or for help connecting with the manufacturer’s warranty team.
Damages & Issues
- Please inspect your order immediately upon receipt.
- If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, contact us right away so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exchanges
- We do not accept standard exchanges.
- We only replace items if they arrive defective or damaged. If you received a defective item and need a replacement, contact us at sales@turath.ca
Shipping Returns
- To start a return, email us at sales@turath.ca
- If your return is accepted, we will provide instructions for shipping your product back.
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or defective.
Exceptions
- Sale items and gift cards are final sale and cannot be returned or refunded.
- Non-refundable products are clearly marked on their product pages.
